Product properties:
Appearance is white fine powder, with slippery feeling. It is soluble in hot aliphatic hydrocarbons, hot aromatic hydrocarbons, and hot oils, but it is insoluble in alcohol and water. It can be decomposed into stearic acid and corresponding magnesium salt in case of strong acid.
Product application:
This product is used as an internal and external lubricant in PVC hard products, as an emulsifier in cosmetics, as a powder mold agent for medical tablets, and a translucent paint flattening agent.
